Nationality: English (currently living in Japan)
Latest Education: University of Birmingham (3rd year)
Degree Programme: International Business with Japanese
Hometown: Manchester, England
Hobbies: Listening to K-Pop, playing video games, hanging out with my best friends.
Favourite Food: Tonkatsu!
Least Favourite Person: Justin Bieber ;)
Ok! So now that you know a little about me, I'll tell you what to expect from your visit here.
I'm going to be talking about my own internship experience. I'm about to take part in the Shizuoka Business Internship Programme 2012, which will place me in a small/medium sized company in the Shizuoka area of Japan for about two months. I really can't wait to dig my teeth into this fantastic opportunity, and I can't wait to update this blog and tell you all about it!
I'm going to join a company called マルタカテクノ (Marutaka Techno) from August 1st 2012 until September 21st 2012, which specialises in the production and sales of health-related machines (namely massage machines and equipment).
(P.S. Don't worry if you saw some random blocks a moment ago, it's just the Japanese name of the company)
There are many more interesting things to talk about, but I will go into more detail as everything develops!
